The Compliance Pack is a monthly addon that provides extended compliance features for organizations in regulated industries. It includes 7-year audit logs, a compliance dashboard, automated integrity reports, and an annual compliance certification.

These are two separate services that serve different purposes:

You can use both services together or separately. Legal Hold does not require Compliance Pack.

How to Activate
Ensure You Have a Business+ Plan
The Compliance Pack is available as an addon to Business and Enterprise plans. If you're on Solo or Pro, upgrade first.
Go to Settings → Billing
Navigate to your account settings and select the Billing section. You'll see available addons listed there.
Enable Compliance Pack
Click "Add Compliance Pack" and confirm. The $49/month will be added to your next billing cycle (prorated if mid-cycle).
Access Compliance Features
Once activated, the Compliance Dashboard appears in your sidebar. Extended audit logs and reporting features are immediately available.
Enterprise: Compliance Included
Enterprise Plans
All Enterprise plans include the Compliance Pack at no additional cost. Enterprise customers also get additional benefits:
