What protects your backups
Everything that stands between an attacker and your last good copy.
Immutable storage
Object Lock keeps every backup unchangeable until its retention ends. Not even a stolen admin account can delete it early.
Malware scanning
ClamAV, entropy analysis and YARA rules check every upload. A suspicious archive is quarantined instead of stored.
Off-site replicas
Keep an independent copy in a bucket you control, or in LOX's cold archive in Warsaw, with a fast-access copy of the newest version.
Monthly restore tests
Once a month LOX restores your backups in an isolated sandbox and reports which ones really came back.
Audit log and legal hold
Every action is recorded in a hash-chained audit log, and a legal hold keeps a backup past its retention when you need it.

How airgap sync works
1. Connect
